Alessio Paoletti is an attorney with a strong international background, registered with both the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de las Islas Baleares in Spain and the Ordine degli Avvocati of Rome in Italy. He is also a Mediator and Arbitrator, offering a multidisciplinary approach to conflict resolution.
With dual law degrees from Italy and Spain, his professional experience includes working in the Corporate Department of Generali Insurance, then at a prestigious law firm in Rome specializing in administrative law, and than in the Corporate Department of Uría Menéndez in Madrid, where he deepened his expertise in national and international corporate law and corporate governance. He also participated in an Insight Week in London with the international law firm Allen & Overy before founding his own internationally focused law firm.
His academic and professional training is extensive, including courses in Mediation at the General Council of the Spanish Bar, Arbitration at ICAM, Corporate Tax at INEAF, and a Master’s in International Corporate Law at LUISS University in Rome. He has also gained significant legal experience in administrative law, real estate and urban planning law, as well as international taxation.
For 15 years (until February 2025), he served in diplomatic roles, first as Italy’s consular representative in Formentera and later as Honorary Consul in Mallorca and Menorca. This position allowed him to gain valuable experience in international civil and criminal law, diplomatic law, and international consular procedures.
In the maritime sector, he has served as an Italian Port Authority official in the Balearic Islands as part of his consular duties and now practices as an international maritime lawyer, handling collision cases and maritime procedures.
